The CMS Electronic Library is the component of the CMS Information Management System providing access to documents of relevance to the Convention that are directly accessible through the internet. In its trial stage, the Electronic Library has been populated with approximately fifty documents (reports, journal articles, etc.), which have been indexed taxonomically, geographically and thematically. These documents can be searched using any combination of the criteria below.
